• All advisory and leadership services provided are based on our professional judgment, but we cannot guarantee the prevention of breaches, cyberattacks, or other incidents.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
•Starter — Advisory Retainer: $5,000/month
•Executive — Fractional CISO: $12,500+/month
•Enterprise — Strategic Program: Custom pricing
•Other Services: Priced on a case-by-case basis (e.g., M&A advisory, SOC 2 compliance, incident response).
5.2 Payment Terms
•Payments for monthly retainers are due on the 1st of each month. Payments for project-based services are due as outlined in the contract.

•Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per month.
6. Intellectual Property
